Als het iemand kan helpen, vandaag ook zo’n ding geinstalleerd op een Macbook Pro met Snow Leopard en na installatie (die wel werkte) kreeg ik een dialogbox met aantal netwerk settings. Daar cancel gedaan en dan krijg je bij verbinding foutmelding dat er geen telnr is ingevuld.

Oplossing? Naar je netwerk instellingen gaan en daar de instellingen van de modem veranderen van “Dialup” naar “3G”. Bij Mobistar en winkel wisten ze natuurlijk van niks… Gelukkig zelf gevonden.

Since a few days mobistar has done what it has to do long before, they have a working driver for Snow Leopard on their supportpages!!!

Naar een mobistarcenter gaan, en je pc meenemen, zeggen dat je het regelmatig voor hebt dat het niet werkt, gezien we in België 2 jaar garantie hebben op toestellen van die aard moeten ze het omwisselen of herstellen, en meestal ruilen ze het om en dan krijg je de nieuwe GI225 of een recenter toestel waarmee je wel de trukjesdoos kan toepassen

Hi,

Ik heb net hetzelfde probleem om Inernet Everywhere te installeren op m’n Snow Leopard.
Heb de instructies zorgvuldig en in de juiste volgorde opgevolg maar het probleem ligt denk ik bij mijn “frisco” usb-modem van Option!Het gaat hierbij om model : GI0205. Volgens website van Option is dit model blijkbaar net geschikt om de nieuwe driver 7.2 te installeren.
Ik hoop dat ik mis heb! Kan iemand mij eventueel laten weten hoe dit probleem op te lossen?

Oh ja, nog even dit!
Standaard antwoord van MOBISTAR : ” NIET COMPATIBEL ZONDER OOK MAAR VERDERE BIJSTAND TE VERLENEN!!!!!!

Hi,

I just got my mac book pro from the states and have always used internet everywhere, when i tried it on OS 10.6 snow it didn’t work and i had to reboot my mac. tried driver from mobistar.
looked up some information on the net and found your site, looks like this driver works, didn’t work for me and mobistar is looking into the problem. I am a real rookie so nee all the help in simple words.

The advice of Robin works, but I did not see the Internet Everywhere software appearing again from the USB modem after the installation of these drivers. If you should be in the same situation as me, just go and get the software at Mobistar:

Took me a while to find it, so I post it here. Everything works now under 10.6.2.

I’ve traced this to a vulnerability with php and inherited file descriptors being used to ‘take over’ apache children and serve malicious redirects.

it uses a galleryscript most of the time to upload an image (jpg, gif, …). After that they use that to execute a script in place of showing the image, because the file they uploaded is not an image but a script, this script will do some nasty things and make the popups and blanc pages!
