Working on Linkdirectory clickto.be/nl

Since about 2 months i’m working on a linkdirectory, i thought it would be easier, but each time there is something i would do better then and that takes me a couple of hours extra! So for those of you who know a good way to rate the links (websites) let me know and maybe you get a profit by helping me on my way.
At this time i also have to make the useractivationsystem so it would be more activated, as you can see the you got the first sight at the site by this blog :p
